If you like what we do…

There are several easy and quick ways you can support our work:

  • Become a Friend of the Resource Centre – it’s free, quick and easy to sign up. We won’t bombard you with emails.
  • Make a donation.
  • Give us your feedback – we design all our services around the needs of small community groups, so if there’s something you need that we don’t provide, please tell us. If our services have been useful for you, it’s really helpful for us to have that in writing.
  • Choose us on Amazon Smile – if you do your shopping via smile.amazon.co.uk, we are on their list of charities to support, under our company name, Brighton and Hove Social Welfare and Educational Trust Limited.

Complaints

We aim to be as helpful as possible and to provide an efficient service. We welcome any suggestions for improvement which you may have.

If there are any problems, please let us know and we shall aim to put them right quickly. We shall also consider whether there are any wider implications for our service as a whole.

If, however, you are not satisfied with our response, you may make a formal complaint in writing to our management committee. The committee is made up of our elected trustees and directors.

We shall send you a written reply within one month of receiving your written complaint.

Please send your complaint to the chair of the management committee at the registered office of our charitable company:
