Tim Smith will present a short seminar that outlines the main legal structures for community organisations, and their pros and cons. Tim’s 30 minute presentation will be followed by a 30 minute discussion. Before joining Griffith Smith, Solicitors in Brighton, Tim worked for 10 years full-time in ‘coal-face’ charity management. As a lawyer he specialises in corporate transactions, software development and charity / third sector legal structures and governance.
