This training is for people in community groups in Brighton and Hove who would like to gain skills in running their groups more effectively.
At the end of the session participants will have:
- increased knowledge of how to run a group, hold meetings, and involve and engage people
- improved group relationships
- increased knowledge of how to run effective, efficient and successful groups and organisations
- increased skills in groups and volunteers and identification of training needs
This training is free to small community groups in Brighton and Hove, places are limited to two people per organisation.
